I specialise in helping teams evolve, and often this is where my skills in psychometric assessments and building on results comes in (Myers Briggs and Firo B). I assist teams of every level in taking the time that is needed to look at where they are and take control of where they are going.  I can help teams move on from specific experiences and forward with projects, and tailor the content accordingly.
