Facilitation and Coaching

We often facilitate a range of team events to develop teams and their services as well as helping them to prepare for organisational change and growth.
These bespoke events are fun, interactive and focus on helping teams make changes to the way they work.
We may use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator or Strengthscope 360 feedback to help teams improve working relationships and team work. We work with senior management teams, run departmental away days and individual team events.
These courses and team events are often very closely tied in to the organisation’s situation and plans and can be an invaluable tool in making change happen.  We provide a positive and fresh approach and the courses encourage involvement in the process.
Recent events have included:
Developing Customer Service for an ICT department
Planning for the future for Housing and Support services in Local Government
Improving team work among dispersed staff in Higher Education
MBTI and change in a membership organisation

We also provide 1-1 management coaching with the aim of enabling managers to reflect on their current practice and identify steps they can take to develop their effectiveness. This has proved to be particularly useful for those changing roles and for people who feel stuck in the way they carry out their roles.
