With over 20 years experience in designing and delivering bespoke management and training programmes, I specialise in working with the public sector. I have experience in many fields including housing, local government, charity and education. I believe passionately that the public and those that serve them should benefit from the best service available.
I listen to your needs and develop a course to answer your precise requirements. I cover a broad and diverse range of areas, including customer service training and management techniques through to leadership and team development. No two programmes are the same. Learning works best when people enjoy it, and I design my courses to be fun, different, creative and engaging. For example, my customer service training uses theatre to bring scenarios to life. Courses are bespoke to ensure the best possible outcome for your organisation and the individual.
In addition to this I can bring a wide range of skills and tools to your organisation. These are used for individual and team development, and are also woven into my training courses to enhance understanding and outcomes.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (steps 1 and 2): I'm qualified to use assessments which increase awareness of self and others for individual coaching, team building and management development.
FIRO B: I'm certified to use FIRO B which aids communication, particularly in team work and remote management.
NLP: I am an NLP practitioner, which comes into play with course design and individual interaction.
360 feedback: I enable your employees to get feedback from all direction’s which helps them identify their strengths and use them appropriately.
